Jamie Robertson Joiners ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website and how we handle it, in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
What we collect
If you contact us through the website enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, the type of project, your town or area, and the contents of your message. We do not collect any of this information unless you submit the form.
How we use it
We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and discuss the work you are interested in. Our lawful basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries about our services. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own purposes.
How your enquiry is processed
Our contact form is handled by Formspree, which forwards your message to us by email. Formspree is a US-based service and may process your data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. If you would prefer not to use the form, you can contact us directly by phone or email instead.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which it is deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Some basic technical data may be logged by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict our use of it. To exercise any of these rights, or if you have a question about this policy, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: 07917 113 063
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
